Licensed Child/Adolescent Psychotherapist
Essential Function
This position is responsible for providing mental health outpatient counseling to children, adolescents, and college students and completing all required documentation to keep clients’ records updated according to legal/ethical guidelines of the profession as well as insurance company requirements. The clinician will strive to build a therapeutic rapport with their clients and provide appropriate evidenced-based treatment. The clinician will also provide psychological testing as appropriate and within their scope of practice.
Daily Responsibilities and Duties
Provide mental health therapy and psychological testing to children, adolescents, and college students within the scope of training/experience/licensure
Provide case management services as necessary and/or communicate with other healthcare providers involved to advocate for other services as needed
Respond to client crises as necessary and make recommendations to keep the client safe and ensure all company safety measures are followed
Complete progress notes, with signature, and other documentation to keep client’s record up to date and submit billing within 48 hours of the session time
Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines of the profession as well as adhere to documentation and billing requirements of insurance companies
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in interactions with others
Develop a rapport with clients in order to facilitate a healthy therapeutic relationship
Collect correct payments from clients and schedule ongoing appointments. All payments must be collected and entered into the EHR at the time of service
Maintain Continuing Education credits and all necessary requirements to keep licensure active
Demonstrate self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of position with limited supervision
Maintain open communication with other members of the team on a daily basis
Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask
Follow and implement company policies and procedures as outlined in the company employee handbook
Keep work area clean and organized
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and techniques and display a teachable attitude when learning a new skill
Perform related work as assigned
Essential Skills Needed
Possess excellent interpersonal skills; able to get along well with a diverse group of people; clients and co-workers
An adherence to following HIPAA laws and confidentiality standards pertaining to patient information
Make decisions independently based on what is best for clients and the company
Must be able to operate basic office equipment such as copier, telephones, scanning, etc.
Speak, write, read and understand the English language well enough to perform the essential duties of the job
Possess the dexterity to use the required tools to accomplish the tasks of the position

Qualifications
Masters in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Doctorate of Psychology required
Proficiency within the client population aged 2 - 22 years old
Licensure for State of GA (LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) required
Possess and demonstrate sound clinical and professional judgement
Must be able to use computer software, such as electronic health record and Google Suite

Essential Function
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our team at a child and adolescent therapy practice in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will work closely with the practice owner to develop and execute social media campaigns that promote our practice and services to parents, guardians, adolescents, and college students.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories
Manage the social media calendar, ensuring that content is posted on schedule and in alignment with the practice's brand and messaging
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the practice's social media strategy
Assist with the creation of social media reports and analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative thinking and an eye for design
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for mental health and working with children and adolescents
